For your information, the Sports Centre will be closing for major renovation on Monday 23rd April.
As part of the renovation work the Sports Centre wil have a new roof, new electrics, new sports centre floor, new windows, disabled changing and upgrage of the front entrance access.
Classes will start at the Sports Centre on Tuesday 18th September.
The Fitness Suite will be available from Monday 24th September.
Classes:
The following classes will now take place at Rednock School. For these classes you can park in the main school car park and enter the building via the main entrance, staff will direct you to the correct room:
Monday:
5.45pm – 6.30pm – Zumba
6.30pm – 7.00pm – All Body Conditioning
7.15pm – 8.15pm – Fit ball
7.15pm – 8.15pm – Circuit Training
Tuesday:
7.00pm – 8.00pm – Flexi Bar
Wednesday:
6.00pm – 6.30pm – Hula Hoops
6.30pm – 7.30pm – Aerobics
Thursday:
6.30pm – 7.30pm – Body Combat
Friday:
6.00pm – 6.30pm – Legs, Bums and Tums
6.30pm – 7.15pm – Zumba
Kettle Bell will take place on a Tuesday and Thursday from 6.00pm – 7.00pm at Kingshill House
Please note: for those participating in fit ball classes, you will need to bring your own fit ball, these will be supplied to you.
Early Morning Gym: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 8.30am
Outside training – Walking/Running: Meet at Dursley Pool, Main Reception.
Evening Gym Sessions:
Bootcamp Style Outside Workouts – Max 15 per session, Dursley Recreation Field
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 11.00am

Gymnastics:
Will take place at Rednock School at the normal time of 5.30pm – 7.30pm.
Football Skills/Footbal Academy
Will take place at the same time on Dursley Recreation Field. The Group will meet at Dursley Pool.
