Set in the grounds of Rednock School, this centre is a popular dual use facility catering for all members of the community.

As a dual use facility the centre is only open during evenings, weekends and school holidays. Dursley Swimming Pool manages the centre, handling all day time bookings and enquiries for the facility.

This new class takes place on a Monday evening from 7.30pm - 8.30pm.

It is a fast paced workout which includes shuttleruns, squats, and press ups in a bootcamp style.

This class is not suitable for those just staring an exercise programme.
