Studio Cycle
A highly motivating and exciting workout that is a guaranteed calorie burner. This class will take you on a journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Circuit Training:
An action-packed session to music using various exercise stations, which allows you to work within your own fitness level and ability. A total body workout. . . Great to do with a friend or partner!
Trim & Tone
This total body conditioning class is guaranteed to strengthen both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Core conditioning and stretching complete this total body workout.
Zumba
Latin inspired fun dance & aerobic workout. An easy to follow calorie burner!
Pilates:
A unique total body workout, where you will learn about
flexibility, core conditioning, strength, coordination, balance, breathing and body mechanics.
Studio Cycle, Abs & Core:
A 30 minute cycle, combined with abs and core work for a total body workout.
Fitness Matters:
This class is designed to help you improve your fitness and is run in a friendly light hearted manner, to music, through different activity stations - definitely not a 'boot camp' session. Please bring a small towel with you to this class.

To get the most out of your class please ensure you wear suitable clothing. We recommend comfortable clothes and trainers.
Make sure you arrive in plenty of time to warm up and drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
Please let the instructor know if you are new to a class or have any health concerns.
Classes can be booked on pay as you go basis at £4.80 per class.
If you qualify for our concession scheme further discounts may apply on pay as you go bookings.
Please bring a small towel with you to trim and tone, circuits, fitness matters and Pilates classes.
