Winter has arrived!
The clocks have been turned back and winter has officially arrived!
As we all remember at the beginning of this year we experienced some unusually heavy snowfalls. So in preperation for this winter the government has released a self help guide for clearing snow and ice yourself.
Please follow the page "Snow - Clearing snow guide" which you can find towards the top of the menu on the left.
Wishing you all a happy and safe winter!

We've added a new page for events at the Playing Field and Pavilion.
To start us off we have a selection of photographs from this years Strongman Competition that was held over the weekend of the 19th/20th June.
The wind was bitter on the Saturday but at least it stayed dry and Sunday's weather was hot and sunny.
As usual you can find the link to it on the menu to the left of this blog.
