By phone

Telephone the Box Office on 01453 760900. You can pay by credit or debit card and collect your tickets on the door or for an extra 50p your tickets will be posted to you.

In person

The Box Office is open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. You can pay by cash, credit or debit card or cheque made payable to Stroud District Council.

By post

Send a cheque made payable to Stroud District Council with details of the performance you wish to see to: Tourist Information Centre, Subscription Rooms, George Street, Stroud GL5 1AE

Proof of eligibility for discounts must be shown when collecting your tickets.

Discounts

Available as indicated for selected events. Only one discount may apply per ticket. Enquire about discounts when booking. All discounts are subject to availability and proof of eligibility.

Refunds

In line with general pratice, we do not offer refunds. Tickets may be returned to the Box Office for resale (where possible and once all other tickets have been sold) at a cost of £1.00 per ticket

Children

No unaccompanied children under 14 will be admitted to the premises unless stated otherwise.
