We are a friendly welcoming centre which is open 7 days a week.

You don't need to worry about child care as your baby comes with you and forms part of the class.

Then come to our FREE water workout at:
Dursley Pool on Thursday 16th September
From 2.30 – 3.30pm
Ability to swim not necessary!
The session includes 45 minutes’ water workout to music followed by 15 minutes’ free swimming, refreshments and talk. If you enjoy the free session (and we are sure you will) then you may book onto the follow-on 6 week course starting Thurs 30th September at 2.30pm for £15 only! That’s a big saving on normal costs.
